Honest Feedback About Pricing, Value, and Member Experience Hello X3 Sports Team, I wanted to share honest feedback as a customer. I believe your gym has a strong concept, but the pricing feels very high for regular people who are trying to stay healthy while also managing rent, mortgage, car payments, food, kids, pets, medication, and emergency expenses. A gym is supposed to help people improve physically, mentally, and emotionally, but when the cost becomes too heavy, it can create stress instead of relief. Some people may sign up in the moment because they want to better themselves, but later they realize the membership is too expensive and they cancel. That means the issue is not only the price — it is the long-term value and affordability. I think X3 Sports should consider creating more flexible membership options, such as: Budget memberships for people who can only afford $10, $15, $25, or $40 per month VIP or Platinum membership options for people who want premium benefits Birthday gift cards, giveaways, or gift baskets for loyal members Better food and drink options More updated equipment More space, better water access, and more room to train comfortably More classes, activities, and mental wellness options Better fashion, clothing, and merchandise options More exclusive perks for members paying higher prices Credits, discounts, or partial refunds for members who feel they paid too much and did not receive enough value Right now, from my experience, the membership feels too expensive compared to what is being offered. When people pay hundreds or even thousands of dollars, they expect to feel valued, respected, and taken care of. They want to feel like the money they worked hard for is bringing them real benefits. I am honestly unsatisfied with how much I paid. I feel like I paid too much, and that money could have gone toward important personal or family needs. I would appreciate if someone could review my account and see if there is a way to lower my payment plan, give me a discount, apply a credit, or offer a better membership option that makes more sense for my budget. This is not just a complaint. This is real customer feedback. If X3 Sports wants stronger loyalty, better retention, and happier members, the membership structure needs to be more accessible. A business grows stronger when people feel they are getting real value, not just being pressured into paying more. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope someone from management can reach out and help find a better solution. Respectfully,
Storm was amazing & the rest of the staff is just as nice. She has been nothing but friendly & got us signed up! Everything was super easy. We’re excited to start coming to classes now!
DON'T SIGN UP IF YOU DONT PLAN ON STAYING FOR TWO YEARS WHEN I SIGNED UP IN JANUARY, THE SALES GOD PERSUADED ME INTO SIGNING THE CONTRACT. HE DID NOT TELL ME THAT IF I EVER WANTED TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT FOR ANY REASON. I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL $450 JUST TO DO SO. AND IN THE MEANTIME, EVEN IF YOU DO NOT COME TO THE GYM, THEY STILL CHARGE YOU A BALANCE OF $150 PLUS A MONTH. THIS IS A HEAVY FINANCIAL INVESTMENT AND they make it seem so sweet and good. When you come. BEFORE YOU SIGN UP UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU EVER WANNA LEAVE THE GYM FOR ANY REASON YOU HAVE TO PAY A HUNT, FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLAR.AND IF YOU DO NOT PAY THAT FEE, THEY'RE GONNA SEND IT TO COLLECTIONS AND YOU WILL BE IN DEBT.AND IT WILL AFFECT YOUR CREDIT SCORE.THEY DON'T TELL YOU THIS WHEN YOU SIGN UP SO STAY AWARE
Wow. I did the Fast Track class after an extended period of no work outs. The class was small, the coach was super supportive and the work out kicked my ass. This place has a great community vibe. I will definitely be back.
This is the worst experience I’ve had with a gym EVER. I went to one trial class and felt sooo pressured to start a membership with them. The person paid just for me to sign up and spent more time trying to get me to sign up than explaining or letting me read exactly what I’m signing up for. When I froze my membership while I was out of town, they didn’t communicate this would extend my contract. And when I tried to cancel, they communicated that they only let you if you file for bankruptcy or move 30 miles away from one of their locations. Horrible experience. I would recommend you find another gym.
