Tried a lot of places for martial arts for my son and myself in the area and finally found our home. They're family now. Such a great environment. Stop by and try out a class for yourself!

I've been going to Bad Apple for two years after moving from wildside at fort Campbell. It's exactly what you want in training at an MMA gym. The rates are awesome (20$ off if you're ranger qualified). The people are extremely nice and humble and not just upfront. Joe and his wife are holistically awesome. I can ask her any questions about anything almost anytime. It's very easy to broaden in your specific combat sport because Joe and many other coaches blend in more useful skills to attribute in your focused sport. There's no membership dues if you don't show for X reason. I'm a single dad and was encouraged to bring my kid just to come train. Additionally Joe runs a kids class and my introverted child immediately took to him roaming the mat. If you struggle with depression demons or a lot of anger from general life stress or maybe like me you had a lot of friends who lost the fight with their internal demons they don't question you when you come in stuck in your head, but they see it. Russ specifically, an awesome an ridiculous mobile professor also works for wounded warriors and will get you where you need to be. It's heavily military family friendly. They train from 0530-2100. Lastly don't be discouraged rolling with anyone from 3/75 ranger battalion. They're super humble. Age, weight, conditioning nothing is an excuse not to try it.

Both my daughter and I take classes at Bad Apple. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for not just a good workout but also a great place to make friends. It owned by veterans/professional fighters. They are amazing people and sure make this place feel like home.
