Great facility, great coach, and a team/ family environment. I'm on the older side of the age group and showed up with zero experience, and Brent does an excellent job of assessing abilities and training accordingly. Highly recommend getting out of your comfort zone and giving it a try.
The best! Brent is one of the best coaches I’ve worked with, especially as a beginner with previous injuries. Patient and knowledgeable, Brent is able to teach all skill levels. The gym environment is super fun, too!
My girlfriend and I went to check this place out and had such a positive experience that we keep going back for more. Brent, the owner/trainer is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He is focused on proper techniques and injury prevention which is fantastic! The idea of kickboxing felt pretty intimidating, but as a true beginner I don’t feel out of place. Brent even uses the kind of cueing language that is effective for me. I keep inviting friends to come because I’ve enjoyed it so much!
