Best martial arts gym Ive been in. Ive been to gyms in AL, TX, and GA. They make you feel welcome immediately. You get great explanations of techniques, it doesn't matter if you take Forever to catch on to something they work with you. There are a variety of different classes to choose. They will also help you find whats best for you and not try and make you do the things that just works for most. Which is done a lot for my style because I do a lot thats way different than any of my teammates.
Great team of instructors that teach the true fundamentals & knowledge of MMA, strength training, & fitness for all ages. Ross even offers anyone to take a free class to experience training before you sign up.
I came in for a Jiu jitsu class and the instruction was awesome! The people were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was really fun! Everyone was super tough in the best way. I highly recommend!
It's a great place to work out and learn martial arts I am a student at Ross martial arts and I have learned life skills like courtesy, integrity, perseverence, and self control.
