We have our son in the youth class. Great class, very affordable. The instructor, Thomas, maintains a great attitude and is very patient with the kids. Highly recommend. My son constantly asks to go back.

Great place to get better. If you want a coach that's gone hold you accountable and make sure you get better every day then this is the gym to go to. Brok has tons of experience and knowledge and Isn't afraid to pass it on to whomever. All you have to do is show up and be willing to work for it - Big Joe

Through the gym, I have gotten to know BRok personally, and he’s a great guy with a lot of motivation, and a strong way of getting his point across. Brok loves what he’s doing with the community and its youth. Come see us 🥊
