Great space to bring your kids fo exercise and parents can also work out there at the same time. Classes are offered for PE as part of the homeschooling program.

My kids and wife love going here and I go in and pick them up often. Randy is friendly and professional. I should probably go here and actually work out, I'll leave 5 stars instead.

This is a fact and not an opinion: This is the best gym in the world! First day I walked through the door i was a skeleton, but after a few months in this place I got to where I wanted to be for the longest time ever. Great gym pass deals and worth every penny to anyone who actually stays consistent. Good amount of equipment as well. 10/10 recommend this gym to anyone.💪😤💪

Great place to work out in Delta Junction. This is a family friendly gym and everyone there is very friendly and the owner is awesome! I like the variety of equipment and it has everything I need to get a great workout.
