I've been coming here for nearly two years and really appreciate the community. These are people who love what they do and want to share their skills with others. It's all about motivating each other to be the best versions of ourselves and thats the type of accountability that I need. The instructors are super encouraging and provide constructive criticism to improve my form and technique. They offer group seminars, such as Women's Self Defense or trauma Stop the Bleed seminars, in addition to their weekly classes. Gary has been great and even offered one-on-one weight lifting series to help me feel more comfortable with free weights. Love it and I'll keep going here as long as I'm in Fairbanks!

One of the best places to go for fitness. The instructors are very helpful in providing great feedback on how to improve in a friendly environment. I highly recommend this place for all.

I absolutely love this place! A phenomenal place to learn with, no judgement. They have incredible skills and knowledge. I love their enthusiasm for teaching. The team makes you feel comfortable, no matter what fitness or skill level you start from. My young daughters have completed their kids program. They loved it! They definitely get 5 stars!

Simply put, this place is phenomenal. Great workout and the fact that you're learning things that could possibly save yours or a loved ones life... need I say more?? Some of the greatest and inspirational people I've met in this building, motivating and pushing others in a positive safe environment.

The high levels of enthusiasm and encouragement of the instructors are matched by their knowledge and skills. This gym has a welcoming environment, helpful staff, and a variety of workout options guaranteed to get you in great shape while learning skills that could save a life, maybe yours..
