Cool little gym with tons of heavy stuff to lift. Nobody here is gonna judge you for making loud grunts when trying to crunch out that final rep either. This gym has that iconic small town Palmer feel to it.
Um, where is the 💯 star rating? FANTASTIC gym. Explosive powerful atmosphere, 24/7 access makes this place perfect for those who grind all day and still gotta get after it. Reasonable price, badass groups and staff. Dont go, you'll fall in love, and never get over it.

Great gym, the smaller size makes for a more intimate work out environment and the staff is very knowledgeable about how to properly use all the equipment.
Best gym in the valley by far. When I moved out here I toured all of the gyms to see if they had everything I needed, this is the only place that has all of the essential equipment for serious lifting. I wouldn't go anywhere else
