ak-49 martial arts is a great place for a healthy workout/skill learning environment. i was nervous when i first started but the coaches and other kickboxers were quick to make me feel at home. everyone was so friendly and helpful which makes such a difference for any newbie. they are very professional yet independent enough to share wise and important life skills along the way. all in all, i’ve had nothing but positive feedback for ak-49 and i highly recommend it to anyone, at any age or skill level, who wants to pursue martial arts in a healthy and professional manner.

Wanted to drop in and train during the summer while away from my normal dojo. AK-49 Martial arts was extremely welcoming. Instructors are top notch and dojo is clean and spacious. This would be a place I’d be happy to train at year around. My daughters enjoyed the children’s class as much as I enjoyed the adult class.

This gym is my home away from home. I spend many many hours at the gym sharpening my mind and martial arts. The staff there is my martial arts family, Valeda at the desk is amazing and very personable. Sensei Seth is a great black belt coach to look up to and has a lot of knowledge to give to his students. They and that gym has helped me in many surprising ways along my journey. This is a great place to grow as a person as well as in your martial arts. The coaches are fun and patient. I'm happy I got the courage to walk in there 4 years ago!

Couches are warm hearted and take the time to learn each of the students. Everything that’s done is done with heart with pure value in raising a wonderful future of great leaders. The depths of the changes I’ve seen with the love and guidance with my own children not only show how they are in class, but as well as in school and home. I’ve never been so impressed a d thankful for a class that becomes apart of your life, as well as the wholesome parents you meet.
