Went to this gym awhile back, looks nice but the coach Sonny was difficult to understand he could hardly speak a sentence without stuttering. He also forgets what he is says and contradicts himself. don’t recommend this s gym at all
Love this place to workout! Going here to box is a much better motivator than going to a regular gym. It's a great way to rease pent up anger and stress.
This is an amazing Gym with Excellent instructors....boxing is confidence in every area of your life and this gym is where you need to be
Great workouts and Sonny really is an excellent trainer for all levels. He inspires you to do more than you thought you could and he isn't giving a half ass workout. All his classes are challenging and fun with real results.
Great gym, great staff, great people in and out. Everyone is polite and the gym itself is inviting. I feel great working out here. Even the open gym is tough, but I feel like I accomplish something every day. If you don't know how to use equipment, or just simply want advice, just ask and the staff will help. I look forward to what the future has in store for me at Sonny's.
