Coach Omar has been coaching in South Phoenix for years. During covid , He and his Team created a super positive environment for Fighters so that all levels could have a safe place to spar. I also remember him taking a truck w detatchable boxing bags to south mountain park so that families could train together for FREE.

Getting fit and learning to box is so much fun, however coach Omar not only is great he also knowledgeable in what he is doing he also encourages and motivates .
