Great gym! Nothing less than one of the best I have ever seen. Great coaches. Great atmosphere and even better friends. Seriously one of the most aggressive but friendly gyms in Arkansas!
I have 2 kids that are members at These Hands MMA and they love attending classes! Not only are they learning techniques that will help them on the matt but they are learning discipline, respect and they are gaining self confidence. I couldn't ask for better people to be working with my kids!
This gym is nothing short of awesome!! The amount of attention they put into everyone is unreal! Sign up for some lessons or stop by for a warm welcome and watch how much they care for each and every member! This gym stands out amongst all the others and you will see why quickly! All age groups it don’t matter they have the experience to teach you or your children or even both!! Self defense is very important these days even if you don’t ever plan to step in the ring or just looking to get into better shape this is the place you want to be!! I'm legally blind and went to two other martial arts gym and was denied.. theses hands accepted and trained me and I'm the only blind person not only to ever compete in a kickboxi fight but to also win by TKO in the first round.. and since joining I've won three first places in jiujitsu tournaments.. this gym and coaches are the real deal..
my kid started there last year and seeing him grow not only in a sport he loves but seeing his confidence grow the coaches and staff are awesome really truly care about each individual kid they don't go by ur last name they go by ur heart cause they have heart for each kid!!!
