RDC has made a huge impact on my child. The training, staff, and overall environment are all amazing. He attends kickboxing and jiu-jitsu classes a few times a week and always leaves happy. He even practices at home—RDC has truly made a difference!

These coaches are amazing! My son rushes me out the door to go and I’m so happy he has found something he is passionate about! Discipline,respect, focus and skills are taught here highly recommend. *Shout out to all the kiddos who go here as well, very good group of kids 🥰

I reached out to Adriana about my daughter doing kickboxing. My daughter is extremely hyper and it is sometimes hard for her to focus in large groups. Because of that I was leaning towards getting her private lessons instead of the group lessons. Adriana advised me to just come try it out and see what we think. I was VERY impressed. There are several instructors that help the kids and they split them in groups accordingly. They are all very kind, patient and help the kids thrive. Not only do they teach kickboxing and jiu-jitsu but they are teaching these kids structure, manners and discipline. if you have been thinking about checking them out, definitely do so! You won’t be disappointed!

My two boys, ages 7 and 9, train at Real Deal Martial Arts — and watching how much they’ve grown in confidence, discipline, and technique is what first made me fall in love with this gym. Their youth program is outstanding. The classes are structured, positive, and genuinely fun, and the coaches truly care about helping every kid improve at their own pace. Seeing how much my boys thrived is what encouraged me to start training too. As a homeschool mom who hadn’t done a group sport in years, I was nervous walking into an MMA gym… but that feeling disappeared on day one. The community here is incredibly welcoming, supportive, and beginner-friendly. The coaches break down technique clearly, make you feel safe, and meet you exactly where you are. And if you are not new to MMA and want an amazing environment to grow and train with the best MMA fighters, this is also the place! If you’re looking to get in shape or lose weight, this is also the best place to go to. The workouts are challenging in the best way, the encouragement is real, and you leave every session feeling stronger. Training here has done more for my confidence and fitness than anything else I’ve tried. Real Deal Martial Arts is an amazing place for individuals and families. Whether you want your kids to grow in confidence or you’re ready to start your own fitness or martial arts journey, I can’t recommend this gym enough. We’re truly grateful to have found this community!

We have gone to three gyms previously to find one that matched my kids energy, but we started at RDC & they fell in love with the atmosphere and coaches. The coaches are more than a coach- they are mentors and family that the children can look up to.
