Adam Farmer and Brandon Have both trained my kids thru Sport Karate and Grappling. Top notch guys, extensive knowledge. Both my kids progressed from Sport Karate to grappling and finished up into cage fighting. Recommend these guys and this Gym to everyone!!!

Coach Adam is a great dude and genuinely cares about those around him. Great place for the young and the old!

I've been training with these guys for years and can confidently say that this is the best grappling school in the area. They may not be the biggest school, but they make up for that with the quality of instruction. I highly recommend checking it out if you're considering training.
