I started training at Ouachita Combat several years ago, and looking back, it has been a true anchor in my life. I originally joined for the exercise and the practical need to learn how to defend myself and others, but I gained so much more than that. This academy helped me work through significant health issues and navigate through mental troubles, providing a path to get my physical health back on track. It’s a place where the sweat is real, but the support is even stronger. After 5 years on the mats, I recently earned my Blue Belt. It hasn't always been easy, but it has always been worth it. I have no plans of quitting—this community is family. If you're looking for a place to find your strength, this is it.

This is a great boxing gym. The owner Richard, is a good man. If your kid's need something to do I recommend this place.
Great friendly training environment that kids grow in skill set and confidence just the same as the adults. If you're looking for a place for you or the entire family to train.....this is the place for you!
