My daughter attended classes here to help get in better shape. Jack Michael was wonderful with her! Excellent atmosphere! He helped her learn workouts to do at home that helped her build muscles. I highly recommend classes at this gym.

This place is an awesome for both kids and adults. I love the small group environment and one on one sessions. My son has learned so much from boxing, marshal arts to MMA training. The trained professionals make the students are learning correctly and safely. Highly recommend this to any fitness level and all ages.
