Allied mma is a great gym to learn boxing. I feel very fortunate to be able to train with Efrain who is such a knowledgeable and supportive boxing coach. I also feel that Krista’s strength and conditioning classes are a wonderful addition to becoming stronger and more agile to be able to box better. Boxing is so much fun to learn and I know I am getting very good basics in this friendly and supportive environment with such great coaches!!

Highly recommend, the coaches are knowledgeable, motivating and truly care about your progress. The environment is intense but welcoming to all levels with an even greater community. Great place if you’re looking to get fit or take your boxing skills to another level

Quit messin’ around and get in this gym. It’s clean. It’s bright. It doesn’t smell like old gym socks. The programming is excellent no matter your preference for what you want. I’ve been boxing there for 3 years and it’s transformed my body and mind equally. Efrain is an awesome coach as is the rest of the team. There’s a great sense of community and family here, I even bring my 5 year old in time to time for “little ninjas”. Best in Santa Cruz by a long shot.

Our experience here was great. My son started kids kickboxing at 12 years old and it was a supportive environment. Perfect for a beginner and I’m sure it would’ve been just as good at the higher levels. He gained so much confidence from these classes. The only reason he stopped is we’re moving, otherwise he’d keep going in their great training! Thank you to the team at Allied MMA! Jon
