What a great place! Top down could not be more happy. 2 kids there who go three days a week and love it!! Trainers are excellent, staff couldnt be more accommodating and helpful. Very impressed. Great place. Definitely one of the better parenting moves I've made

My children have been attending vfc for approximately 3 years now ..when my wife and i first started the journey of trying to find my boys some sort of self defense classes I looked everywhere in lemoote and hanford..I finally checked out vfc and when we spoke with the owners I was thrilled to find a variety of martial arts training my boys could do from mma to boxing or ju jitsu just to name a few..it has been a pleasure to get to know all the coaches that are a part of of the vfc family and that take part in the training and instruction of all the students who attend the classes. Its been a thrill for us to watch our boys grow into young men from the training and discipline that they have received. I would encourage any parent that may be looking into some sort of martial arts training for their children to look into vfc..give it a chance and stick with it and watch them grow into respectful and confident young men or ladies .

We been coming to this gym for many years and wish you could hear my son tell you how much he loves this place and all his coaches. I can say the staff are all amazing! Coaches are great they all go beyond to help each student do better eachday they walk in to the gym the care, and training they give each student is awesome. Highly highly recommend.

I’ve been going to Valley Fight club off and on for 15 years , I love the Coaches Collin , Diamond and Neto , I feel like they give personal instruction that both helps with my defense skills and also my fitness goals! This is not only a gym but has a family atmosphere . I am in my 50’s would recommend them to anyone of all ages!
