This place is incredible for training! It offers a professional and welcoming atmosphere, along with exceptional coaches. I enjoy practicing boxing and jiujitsu here. This place has become a second home for me even though work prevents me from attending as often as I would like. All the staff here are friendly, competent, and worthy of your trust. They provide services for veterans and a supportive environment for women to train self defense in. I highly recommend checking them out and dropping by for a class!
We've been coming for 7 years. The owners are great people we really trust and have learned so much from. My kids were taught the value of self discipline, self respect, perseverance and all the characteristics I expected them to learn in martial arts. Great facility with well maintained equipment, always kept clean.
