Everyone here is amazing. My 5 year old daughter takes the Kuds JiuJitsu and Kids Fitness classes and the coach is so good with her. They’re excellent instructors and very encouraging. Highly recommend them.
Best Adult and Kid program in Los Banos!! The coaches are amazing and the owner takes time with everyone to ensure individual goals are met. The kids are challenged and the travel tournaments are always available for those looking to be competitive.
The six week boot camp challenge was a full workout and the environment was positive and fun. The workouts were great and would recommend anyone trying to become more active and seeking reliable staff attention.
A positive and welcoming environment. A great place for beginners and martial artist enthusiasts. If you want to learn Muay Thai, boxing, MMA, and get a good workout, this is your place. It is a balance where the fundamentals are taught in a non-intimidating way as well as advanced techniques will push you to be better.
Strike has changed my life for the better. I couldn’t recommend this gym enough, and everyone who steps into this gym will realize that this is home. All stages are training at this gym and I’ve started training without any skills in martial arts - now I can say I’m very comfortable sparring and my capabilities in Muay Thai. Huge thank you to Coach Amber and Coach Jesse for everything!
