Great staff great coaches
I flew into town from Korea and was looking for a boxing gym to workout at. As a newbie, I wanted to learn from the best, from real boxers, and in my search, everything said Maywood was the best in the area. My experience here was nothing short of amazing, from initially reaching out to Charles to set-up a 1:1 to showing up and being welcomed by everyone. It’s an old school boxing gym, and I was kind of intimidated walking in, but everyone was friendly and welcoming. Charles was super welcoming and friendly, and an awesome and patient instructor. He was very attentive to my footwork, hands, arm placements, punches, power, body movement etc. If you want to learn from an experienced boxer, I highly recommend this place. Wonderful place, had a great time, and highly recommend!

Maywood Boxing is a real box gym. The boxers that train here, get down to business. It's as real as it gets. The focus is on boxing as a sport, unity and not the fluff you'll find at corporate gyms.
