This boxing gym is the bomb!! Tony teaches you nothing but the best, you can tell he really loves what he does. I see girls and kids going hard at this gym too. Its a great way to let out stress and be around people with the same love for this gym.

Been a member of this gym since 2004. Tony Avila is a great teacher! Very patient, great mentor and makes you feel super comfortable! I recommend this gym for everyone!!

One of the best if not the best all around physical fitness gym..coach tony and his team have managed to change many lives for the better..great place for beginners as well as more advanced athletes..i encourage everyone to stop by and check out the facility for yourself..dont take anyones word..proof is in the puddin..

Tony is a true professional in every sense of the word, always there for his clients, their families, and his Pro Fighters. I have known Tony for over ten years and in that time have only seen Tony do everything he can to help those that walk through his doors. By far one of the best all around programs I have ever been a part of.
