My son has been going here for a short period of time. I’m very pleased with the service and training. Coach Carlos is extremely patient with the kids and teaches them to give their best effort. I would recommend this place for anyone that wants results from disciplined instruction and hard work. I could not be happier with the instruction being given. I drive 30 minutes from Hayward for this place, even though there are numerous boxing gyms at a walking distance from where I live.

Carlos and his entire team are phenomenal, and my sons have thrived in the welcoming atmosphere and solid work ethic they instill in every boxer.
