I cannot say enough great things about this Gym!! I was a member for a long time but had to step away due to health reasons. Now that I’m better, I’m excited to return because of how incredible this place is! The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and uplifting. The equipment and classes are fantastic, but what truly sets this gym apart is the owner. Lauren is genuinely caring, accepting, and takes the time to ensure everyone feels like they belong. It’s clear they are passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals. If you’re looking for a gym where you’ll feel valued and supported, I highly recommend!

Working out had been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. But after an accident that sidelined me for a long time, craziness called life and just basically giving in to the oh well, I’m older, it’s ok…I decided it was time to get back to the me that was the happiest. I could’ve gone back to a traditional gym but I felt I needed more. And that’s where Empower Core came into my life. From my first meeting Lauren to my first class and now a few months in, I couldn’t ask for a better gym to call my happy place. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly but oh how they push you to be your best. The classes are challenging but still great for any fitness level. The other member all make you feel welcome and it fast becomes a place you look forward to coming to. If you’re looking to start working out, to change things up or just want to find a great place to work up a sweat, I highly recommend Empower Core

I signed up for Empower Core Fitness about 2 months ago and it has being great. I started with the 6 wk challenged with coach Lauren. I lost 9 pound and 5 % body fat 🎉. I am very happy and I have so much more energy now. The coaches are great, the members are friendly. I feel welcomed every time. What I loved the most is that I don’t feel lost, the classes are very structured. I love the challenge and the best part is that the workouts don’t get any easier, YOU WILL GET STRONGER. 💪🏻 just asked Coach Richard. 🤗 Don’t wait for your New Year Resolutions and start now. I have been going to Empower Core Fitness for the past few months and I couldn’t be happier with my experience there! The facility is always well-maintained and equipped with everything I need to get a great workout. The coaches are amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is the welcoming atmosphere and sense of community. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned athlete, everyone feels at home. Highly recommend Empower Core to anyone looking to get fit and stay motivated.

My 5 year old son does boxing classes 3 days a week here. He likes to come as all the coaches are motivating and helpful. He is acquiring the boxing skills as well as he remains focused and active. I really like the fact that kids are made to do exercises as well as little team games, which makes the entire session so much fun! If you are looking for a kids boxing class,I highly recommend HWD Oceanside.
