Joined back in July and it's the best decision I made. Truly enjoy working with all the trainers and enjoy the environment with all members. Shout out to Viv for always having the music on point. Special thanks to all the trainers yall really are amazing coaches! Going 24/7 has been super helpful plus the deals they have going on its great!

Allan was great trainer and was a great motivator. He made the workout easier to fit my beginner exercise level. I really enjoyed the workout and felt like it was a good 30 min workout. Definitely recommend to try to place out!! The place was clean and tidy too.

I was looking for a good place to exercise, not the regular gym that packed with people. 9Round Fitness is the best!! I call spoke with Chelsea, she offer a free tryout. Let just say I love their workouts so much, so I signed up for the unlimited sessions after tryouts. For a great reasonable price, you got instructor that guides you through the whole steps. They have 9 workout stations. You have 3 minutes each of straight up workout per station. It was burning sweat straight up workout for 30 minutes, I love it! My instructors Bivi and Ashley are amazing! They’re very knowledgeable and guiding you through step by step. If you’re looking for a good simi private workout gym, I will totally recommend 9Round Fitness!!

I love the workouts - I've tried all sorts of boot camps and cross fit but this is definitely my favorite. It's great to be able to get some tension out after the workday or to start the day. I really love the trainers at this location too; I've been to a few different 9rounds and this one is the best. The trainers are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help!

If you want a great workout at the safest/cleanest gym in town, 9Round Riverside is where you want to go. Just by the nature of how the gym works and is set up, you are always at least 6 feet apart, even if there are the maximum of 10 people allowed in the gym (which includes the trainer), you're far enough away from each of them to feel safe. Plus everyone wears masks, and they clean every item everyone has touched or potentially breathed on, from the jump ropes to the bags. I really hate working out, but I really love this gym. First of all, it's a 30 minute workout, and you can jump in at any time. No need to wait for a class time to start. Each of the 9 rounds are 3 minutes long, and in that time you do two different exercises, so the rounds go by so fast. Between rounds you do another exercise while the next round is explained (and shown to you) by the trainer, so your heart rate stays up. This makes the 30 minutes go by so fast, and by the time I remember I hate working out, it's over! When you sign up, you get hand wraps and boxing gloves (which you usually use on rounds 3-7), and there is an optional heart rate monitor you wear during your workout that shows you your heart rate and calories burned throughout the workout. You also get an email almost immediately after your workout is over with the final totals. Lindsey is the owner (tell her you saw this!), and one of the trainers, and she's fantastic--caring and kind, thorough and encouraging. I never feel yelled at like I used to at crossfit, or like I'm having to compete with anyone. All in all, this gym is great, and I'm so happy I found it. The first workout is free (that's all it took for me), so you should definitely come check it out! *** update: New ownership; members no longer required to wear masks (so no one does)
