I walked into Positive Impact Fitness during one of the most stressful periods of my life, just hoping to quiet my mind. My first Cross Training class with Joleen Chanco on the 3rd of September, 2024 immediately made me feel seen, supported, and safe. Her patience, clear guidance, and genuine care for every member made a huge difference from day one. There was no pressure to join, only encouragement and kindness. The coaches (including Jenny, AJ, Seth, and Isaac), classes, and community have turned this gym into a second home for me. Positive Impact Fitness has helped me grow not just physically, but mentally too, and I truly look forward to showing up every time.

We couldn’t be more impressed with AJ and the entire team at Positive Impact. Our son has been participating in their youth strength training program, and the results have been remarkable. Not only has he gained significant strength, but his recovery has improved, and he’s no longer dealing with the nagging injuries that used to slow him down. AJ is knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly knows how to work with young athletes. He creates a positive, disciplined environment that builds both physical ability and confidence. It’s clear that he cares deeply about helping kids grow the right way—safely, sustainably, and with proper technique. We’re incredibly thankful for the progress our son has made under AJ’s guidance. If you’re looking for a top-notch program for youth strength and conditioning, this is the place.

Positive Impact in Roseville has been a GAME CHANGER for my fitness and performance training! The G6 sessions and trainers are intense, well-structured, and always push me to perform at my best. The coaches genuinely care about form and progress. The atmosphere is motivating, and the community vibe makes it easy to stay consistent. While the workouts can be demanding especially if you’re new to this level of training, the support and guidance from the staff make it worth the challenge. It’s a great spot if you’re serious about reaching new levels in strength and conditioning.💪🏼

I love this gym! I started with the 3 class pack and bought 2 more day passes. The gym has new equipment and I love the overall ambience (cool purple lighting) and setup. I took 4 classes with Joleen and one class with Jenny - highly recommend them all! You can go at your own pace and everyone does their own thing. It was a relaxed atmosphere / not really competitive and I felt a sense of community. Joleen does a great job of getting to know you and checks in to see how you’re feeling day-to-day. There’s also a community kitchen in the back with protein powders/pre workout. Loved it and wish they were in the Bay, too!

What an awesome spot in the Roseville area! I was visiting a friend in Sacramento, and decided to get a workout together on a Sunday morning. She took me to her gym at Positive Impact! There were a few folks there in the morning. Someone was also cleaning the gym too. She was really doing a great job cleaning EVERYTHING. Kudos to her. First off, vibes are immaculate. Purple is one of my favorite colors, so when the lights turn on, it is an awesome setting to be in. High ceilings and a wide array of equipment. Treadmills, assault bikes, box jumps, free weights, barbells, mats, and more. The punchbag set up seem super interesting to me, so definitely interested in seeing them used in action. Classes are available too. I hope timing works out that next time I'm in the area, I can try a class out! A quick glance on their website, looks like they have a free "60-min Body Transformation Game Plan Session" (50 available) as of Mar'23. Definitely a great way to get your foot in the door to see if this spot is for you. Two bathrooms and water fountain available on site. Easy parking in the plaza, which is also a plus. Shoutout to Jenny and Joleen, an awesome mother + daughter combo, for creating this establishment and safe space for folks to improve their lifestyles! Follow the adventure @shoyuthebest on IG!
