I want to thank all the Rock Boxing 🥊 Gym member here, and thank you for taking the time to get me back on my feet. Yes I am an old soul, I am young in heart I am 34 years old, and I have to say the drugs is what drained my body and made me weak. But I followed through to the strength amd condition and I want to thank all the team for giving me hope. I will return tonight same time to continue. I want to not go back to where I was years ago. My son has been coming to this gym going on 2 1/2 years now and I am amazed at the progress he has made from start to finish not only has his physical body changed in appearance, but there has been an inward change as well. he has such confidence now The coaches really take their time not only to train their bodies and mind but they teach them good morals, how to be a good person how to be respectful to their elders, as well as their peers everyone’s a winner in boxing as my son Aiden says shout out to Coach Danny And all the other coaches for their time and their dedication to all the kids there! They are also teaching the kids to give back to their own community, which I absolutely love. If you’re looking for a place to take your kids to learn a sport or just to get in shape or maybe even to keep them from turning the wrong way, I highly recommend this gym. It’s more than a gym here they are like family.
If you look for a place that takes the sport seriously this gym is the way to go. Gym has over 15 amateur fighters and is willing to travel if you give it your over 100! coach Danny has help me in my professional career and has always showed me his dedication to the sport. Definitely appreciate what this gym has given me and the community. Cool thing is he has a one week free trial.
My Twin boys and I have been coming here at the rock boxing gym salinas for 8 months it has changed our lives in so many ways..we face so many challenges that our life has forced us to face alone..but coach Danny and the rock boxing family give us hope that we can overcome the toughest challenges he inspires us to achive greatness with no excuses and most importantly we are no longer alone.. the Rock is our family..learning determination,commitment,self defense,and discipline..if you are looking for somewhere to get in shape or learn how to box🥊🥊come to rock boxing and talk to danny I promise u will not regret it!!
True, traditional boxing gym. Awesome music, good environment for a hard workout, clean. Good vibes, family crowd. This is the place you want to be for central California. You'll see some up and comers and a few old stars, too. Coach Danny is a great athlete.
