Roots has truly become a second home for our family. The coaches are phenomenal—skilled, passionate, and supportive—making it easy to see progress whether you’re a beginner or experienced. Coming to Roots as a part of my Martial Arts Journey was one of the best decisions I made. Coach Jamie is strict, but that's what you want from a Coach in martial arts. You want someone who's not going to coddle you and push you, correct you when you're wrong, and help you get to the next level. I've greatly enjoyed my time here and compared to other places in this area, it's more affordable as well. You get an excellent workout with a positive community.

I have two of my children in the youth Muay Thai class. The class has been great for my two southpaws. Coach Jaime is great very attentive, firm, and fun. I highly recommend taking up some classes if you have kids. They also offer classes for bigger kids and adults. There is also BJJ classes being offered. Great place, great instructor(s).
