Really good place to go for self defense or just a workout. They have group classes or 1 on 1 trainning- the teachers are amazing, friendly, and very in tune with their students
Boxing is helping me get out my stress and helping me be more calm. Go to Boxing every day like I do so you know how to box but if you already know how to box, just go anyway so you can know even more. I love boxing so much and I want you to love it too.
Very family oriented . The coach really pushes fitness and the importance of it to the children. Great inspiration. I wish I would’ve came here as a minor.At least my Siblings are enjoying it.
I highly recommend! This gym is great for kids and adults. In one month, my kids have had so much improvement in boxing. The owner, Sergio, even motivated me to start working out when the kids go. I feel very comfortable here, it is a judgment free zone. Everyone working out here is focused on themselves and their own improvement. I live in Detroit and we spend months at a time in California and we will always come back when we are here. I wish they had one by me. Thank you so much Sergio and Mendoza you guys are the best!
Great experiences there's a coach for almost everyone that are looking to improve one self. This gym is old school but develops amazing people in and out of the ring. Prices varies on certain goals you want to achieve in this gym.
