Every trainer I have met there are real fighters and professionals that can help you develop physical strength, great boxing skills and extrude your confidence. Highly recommend and give it a try. You won't regret it. The training groups are such a pleasure to be around too.

There is no type of gym, class, or group that can compete with star method boxing. The owner Adam is extremely knowledgeable in both boxing and personal training. In the two years I’ve been going there I’ve absolutely become the best version of myself.

The session was challenging but fun, and you can tell they care about your development whether that is in fitness goals or learning proper boxing techniques.
