My experience was stellar! Any body would benefit. The classes are high test octane and very achievable. we are all coming back Mondays and Wednesdays! I haven't sweat like that for a long time and so much fun it felt like the time just flew.Henry is awesome he sees everything and corrects with positive reinforcement, Head movement, Range, power. The gym is clean and organized, work space flows seamlessly, modern gym classic feel. Congratulations too Arielle for putting together a Bad ass gym/camp!!👊

Arielle is a powerhouse of boxing experience, skill, dedication and badass strength. Proof is in the toning, definition and speedy results. Feeling lucky to have found her. My nearly 7 year old son trains with Arielle weekly and he is always excited for her sessions. I love her encouragement and always pushing him to the next level.

I’ve been taking part in the open gym and absolutely love it. Have made it to a few classes and wish I could get to more. Try one class and I’ll bet you come back.
