My child has been attending the bully proof classes for about a year and a half, I finally decided to take classes. I have never taken a martial art before, but man am I glad I started. The instructors are great and the program really gets you into the action right away. Definitely give their 10 day free trial a try and see if you like it, I bet you’ll be hooked.

The Women Empowered classes are amazing—female attendees and all female instructors. Kath and Erin are fantastic - thoughtful, thorough, and super helpful finding alternatives that work for you physically and mentally. Highly recommend.
