No soul. Care more about money than human beings. I had made Stephanie aware that my daughter was in and out of the hospital. She seemed eager to help. Unfortunately my daughter had another episode and i missed calling to freeze my account by one day and i was treated like a number when i called about that freeze. “Your account is outstanding” (by less than 24 hours mind you) that was the only conversation i was getting. I just want to speak to the person who actually cared to notice my daughter's sudden dips in attendance, care to check in, and offer condolences and assistance. Now that i need that help and the only person i feel safe talking to is not available, I’m hit with emails about “this is the contract you signed. This is what you agreed upon” because i refuse to speak to people who clearly put profit over people. I’m disgusted. Was there a clause in the contract that specified what happens when your child almost dies? Or maybe there’s this thing called humanity, principle, and ethics that shouldn’t need a contract to honor. But yeah… you take that moral high ground Alex.
Easton Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is an incredible place for families! The coaches are amazing patient, supportive, and truly dedicated to every student. My son has autism, and we take him five days a week. The environment has been so welcoming and understanding. What really makes Easton stand out is how family-oriented they are. Parents can even get on the mat with their kids during the Saturday morning class such a special way to share time and grow together. You can’t ask for more when a place like Easton makes learning and family time go hand in hand!
Hi Esther, thank you for taking the time to let us know how we're doing. The family class is so fun! I am very grateful to have such amazing families like yours training with us!

Both me and my kids train here. The vine is welcoming, the staff is friendly and helpful. The mats and locker rooms are clean and well maintained. On the training front, this is a serious place. They teach and teach well. They teach the kids more than BJJ. They teach discipline, respect, self control And dedication. Adult classes are welcoming for new folks and if you stick to it, you'll make progress before you know it.
Gal, it's been a joy to get to know you & your family! Thanks for all of your support every day, and thanks for your kindness. Looking forward to celebrating lots of wins with each of you! - Kate
I’m nearing 3 months training in Easton’s Muay Thai style kickboxing classes and I’m addicted. The coaches have great attitudes, and they are attentive and instructive. I’m already starting to feel like a part of the community. So far, the only negative is the cost, it is on the high side of average monthly costs for Muay Thai gyms. I wish more places offered nurse discounts still, especially establishments with wellness benefits like Easton. Our job is still a beat down for not great pay (sorry, tangent). If you’re interested, I still recommend it.
Hi Shawn, I love hearing all of the positives that you've experienced so far, and I hope you continue to feel that way for a very long time throughout your training with us! You've really been putting in consistent effort, well done. Thank you for your feedback about the cost, and desire for a nurse's discount. Nurses have all of my respect and appreciation, from the bottom of my heart. I will discuss this more with my leadership. See you soon around the academy! - Kate Eischen, GM
