Trans has been my home for over 15 years! From kickboxing with a bag, cardio KO, heavy weight lifting classes or Tabata that have it! My boys grew up participating in lil dragons martial arts making friends and building strong character and loved it! The community I have built there has become an extraordinary family to me, so grateful! If you are looking for a supportive family vibe where you can build health and strength, come check it out!

I love Tran's Fitness and have made it my workout home for years. I have 3 favorite classes taught by Hai Tran, the owner, that are all different, super energizing and I never get bored. And I see results!

I have been training at Trans Fitness for over 12 years. I love early morning classes and nothing beats Lori’s 6 am boot camp. She is a knowledgeable trainer and always stays up to date on the best exercises to live a healthy and fit lifestyle. We are all regulars in the class and hold each other accountable.

Tran’s Fitness is an incredible place to work out. The fitness and kickboxing classes are quite challenging but also very rewarding and eventually quite addicting! By far the best workout classes in Denver. I’ve been a member for over 12 years. Hai is so versatile as a trainer, both with adults and kids alike, and it’s obvious he really cares about everyone who steps foot in his gym.

Both of my boys have been training with Hai and his martial arts program for about a year and a half now, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. What started as a way to channel their energy and pick up some basic self-defense skills has turned into so much more. They've gained real martial arts and Muay Thai skills, but even more impressive are the intangible lessons—discipline, confidence, and focus—qualities that are hard to teach but clearly being developed here. And yes—they’re having a ton of fun while doing it! Hai and his team strike a great balance: they set clear expectations in class, but they also know how to keep things engaging and enjoyable. It’s a supportive, energetic community that we’re genuinely happy to be a part of. Highly recommend!
