This is a great place. A hidden gem. The community has been blessed. Staff is exceptional.
The gym is very nice and the staff are very helpful and respectful all the time.
What a wonderful gym! Such wonderful staff that are super friendly and go the extra mile. Pool, basketball court, free weights, treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers. As others have said, a hidden gem. Cheap, $20 a month for me as a local. I've gone to some expensive gyms, and this place in service beats them by a mile.

Aqua aerobics classes at 9 am on Tuesday and Thursday. Recommend a visit. Mary at the front desk extremely helpful and friendly and Mohammad Ali practiced boxing here! Lots of Denver history in these walls
