My 12 year old son has taken the youth and adult boxing/mma classes here and loves it! The owner, Paul, is fantastic with the kids and his assistant instructors have all been amazing too! The class sizes are small, the cost of classes and unlimited memberships is so affordable and there is a lot of 1:1 instruction that happens even in the group settings! Highly recommend going here!

Paul is an excellent teacher. My daughter loves the classes and there is a very welcoming family atmosphere.

I've never done anything like kickboxing before I met Paul. He is a wonderful trainer and very flexible. I would highly recommend his training to anyone.

After only 3 months of training here I (female 125lbs) am feeling more confident than ever in my self defense skills. Coach Paul and Coach Grant are an amazing team of instructors with tons of real experience. The teaching style is grounded, humble, and 100% badass! They make training fun and safe while teaching real life skills that can be used in all kinds of scenarios. I started here because of my love for Muay Thai. I love it even more now and have also taken up FMA which is blowing my mind. It's amazing for coordinating the left and right hemispheres of the brain, reflex conditioning and self defense. This training is unique and epic, unlike so many of the mainstream commercial/corporate gyms and dojos. Friendly, fun and fantastic 🌟

Paul is great! I knew nothing about martial arts or kickboxing coming in, and his lessons were approachable, fun, and I left with good exercises to try at home. If you want to learn or get better at kickboxing in the Lafayette area, Colorado Kickboxing & MMA is where it's at!
