Just started going a few weeks ago and already it’s the thing I look forward to the most. Thomas, Travis and Bailey are all very inviting, whether you’re just starting a journey or looking to pickup a hobby doesn’t matter. Everyone has a different reason to learn to fight but we all end up in the same spot and this is a great gym looking forward to continuing training here for the foreseeable future.
Great gym community for my kids AND for me. As a busy working mom, what enticed me at first was the chance to get a workout and some movement in while my kid trained at the same time. Dream come true! Now I stay for the principles of jiu jitsu and the community here. 💖 Both my kids have tried it - my 9-year-old daughter and I are actively attending classes. The instructors (Thomas, Graham and Travis) are patient, kind and knowledgeable. The white, blue and purple belts (varying levels of skill, experience and ability) are willing to work with me and the higher belts take time to teach and guide as well. This is a great place to challenge myself and be a beginner at something. 100% recommend.

Was happy to find this place, its in a great location and everyone was so kind and welcoming. I spaced on one of the coaches’ names, but both he and Thomas were brilliant. I learned several new (cool!) things I’m itching to try out (and some things that I did get to try out). Shoutout to Morgan for introducing me to everyone each class and showing me around. Jiu jitsu for women can be a little intimidating, especially in new cities or gyms, and the way everyone here interacted with me made for a very positive, fun experience, men and women alike. Good mix of upper and lower belts even on a slow week, and did I mention they’re all just cool, funny human beings. Can’t ask for more from a gym, super grateful for the new connection.
