The facility is a great environment for developing your MMA skills. The coaches are incredibly friendly. They provide focused attention, especially for beginners, which creates a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for learning and improvement.

I was very nervous. I'm a very high active metabolism person. (Skinny person) I talked to the owner, He assured me after my concerns about my metabolism. He would have a trainer reach out. I'm excited to see what they can help me with. I was nervous about showing up, but the owner made me feel very welcome and invested in my progress!!!!
If you're a gym rat, this is your spot in Granby. I was visiting for a week and the owner Rob worked with my schedule to meet up and get me access to the gym during my visit. 24 hours, great selection of equipment, and Ike I said if you're gym rat you'll feel right at home. 10/10 recommend this place.
