I am from Germany and today i was the first Day in the Gym here, and it was awesome, the Owner was very friendly and took directly care of me and we had a very cool and professional Training together. All the People here were very friendly and cool. Defenetly one off the best Gym's i ever went. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you so much for the kind words—we really appreciate you dropping in while visiting from Germany! It was great having you in the gym. We’re glad you felt welcomed right away and enjoyed the training.
I’ve been training at P4P Muay Thai for a few months now and it’s easily one of the best gyms I’ve ever stepped into. It’s genuinely cool to see these same coaches who train pro MMA fighters and compete for titles rolling up their sleeves to teach kids and everyday people like me with the exact same energy and attention. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, everyone is super friendly, the facility feels comfortable and clean, and the workouts are legitimately hard - exactly what you want - while actually teaching you real, high-level Muay Thai skills. Couldn’t recommend it more!
Aaron, this one means a lot. Thank you. We believe everyone deserves the same level of coaching. That consistency is what defines who we are. We’re proud of the culture here at P4P — welcoming, motivating, and hardworking. Thank you for recognizing the work our coaches put in and for being part of the community.
Loving this gym. I’ve tried a few different Muay Thai gyms in the last year, and none of them focus on the fundamentals quite like this one does. The place feels safe, clean, and super welcoming. Highly recommended!
Anthony, thank you! Strong fundamentals are the foundation of great Muay Thai and kickboxing. We’re proud to provide high-level instruction in a clean, welcoming environment here in Littleton. Appreciate you being part of our team.
My 6-year-old daughter recently started her first self-defense classes at Pound 4 Pound Muay Thai, and I couldn't be more impressed with this gym. As a nervous parent bringing my child to her first martial arts experience, I was immediately put at ease by the welcoming atmosphere and exceptional staff. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that this isn't just a business—you genuinely feel like part of a community rather than just another transaction. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions, making both my daughter and me feel completely welcome. The coach truly made all the difference. He was remarkably patient with my nervous daughter, recognizing that this was her first experience and taking extra time to help her understand each technique. What impressed me most was how he managed to make the class both educational and incredibly fun. My daughter went from being anxious to smiling and having an absolute blast throughout the entire session. The atmosphere at this gym is fantastic—it strikes the perfect balance between being professional and family-friendly. You can tell that everyone genuinely cares about the students and their progress. I highly recommend Pound 4 Pound Muay Thai for anyone considering martial arts training, regardless of age or experience level. This gym has earned our trust and loyalty, and we're excited to continue this journey with them.
Jerry, this means so much to us. Creating a welcoming, confidence-building youth Muay Thai program is incredibly important to us. We love helping kids grow stronger, more confident, and excited to train. We’re honored to be part of your daughter’s journey.
The heavy bag training here is great. It’s a great workout for cardiovascular endurance and stamina. The coaches here are experienced fighters. They are actively competing in the sport as well. The learning path is structured , progressively advancing students through beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels. So if you want to compete in the sport then this would be a great place for you.
Jason, we appreciate this. Our structured progression system is something we take seriously. From beginner Muay Thai to advanced competitive training, we focus on strong fundamentals, conditioning, and real fight-ready skills. Thank you for being part of our Littleton fight team community.
