Been going to this gym for about 2 months now and it made me fall in love with boxing. I started here with zero experience, but the coaches (particularly grace) helped walk me through all the foundational steps to ensure I was learning the right way. There is no judgement here, and they push you to be your best, couldn’t recommend it enough!
I absolutely love this gym! It's by far the most friendly and comfortable gym ive ever been to. Coach Grace is so talented, amazing, and a great mentor in general. If you come here you won't be disappointed in the workout and skills you gain.
Nice, neat gym. Friendly, knowledgeable and patient staff & coaches. Lead by example, encourage positive, respectful interactions and are cognizant of different fitness and skill levels - they adjust accordingly. Clean facility, friendly staff, vibrant community of participants and class attendees.
Awesome and friendly staff. Every single coach I met gave off great energy. Gym owner is the man! I never get pressured into taking any class. Coach Clay has a wizardry mind for fighting… can’t say enough good things about this gym. Perfect size and has all the equipment needed to meet any physical goals… from combat equipment to weights. Oh and Jodye is such an adorable and loving dog. They have it all💪🏽
My 12 year old son and I both train at the UFC gym in Lone Tree and LOVE it! They have great kids MMA & Ju Jitsu classes with fantastic coaches! I do private training with one of the coaches and use the cardio machines. Great environment! Very supportive and welcoming (even to a middle aged mom with no gym experience)! Family friendly and also fun to watch the professional fighters practice too!
