This is a GREAT place to set yourself up with all your fitness needs. Trainers are amazing especially the NEW ASST MNGR Keegan Vandermeer who is actually contracted with BKB for fights and he has done other stuff with BKFC. New Management. New Ppl. Absolutely GREAT Place to get yourself started.
This is the only UFC gym in Colorado! They have fantastic classes for every age and ability. You can’t learn to box anywhere better- or get a better Cardio workout- with great instructors and fellow boxing enthusiasts!! It’s group fitness at its best!!!
Been going to this gym for about 2 months now and it made me fall in love with boxing. I started here with zero experience, but the coaches (particularly grace) helped walk me through all the foundational steps to ensure I was learning the right way. There is no judgement here, and they push you to be your best, couldn’t recommend it enough!

I absolutely love this gym! It's by far the most friendly and comfortable gym ive ever been to. Coach Grace is so talented, amazing, and a great mentor in general. If you come here you won't be disappointed in the workout and skills you gain.
