Welcoming atmosphere with both great coaches and students. I have been training for a little over a year and was traveling for work. I stopped in and was immediately greeted. It was great to train here and look forward to coming back in as it is an exceptional environment with a ton of knowledge.
By far one of the best decisions I’ve made for my mental health. I can have the worst day, train, and drive home grateful for everything in my life. I am in my 30’s no wrestling experience, no martial arts experience, never been in a fight. Everyone here was unbelievably welcoming, understanding, and helpful. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This could be the best decision you’ve ever made!

My husband and I just started here and absolutely love it already! From getting our initial questions answered to being greeted by the coaches in the room with big smiles the moment we walked in the door, we knew it was going to be a great gym. Some serious talent in the building, too! The membership prices are more than fair and getting enrolled was a breeze. We're very excited to begin our Montrose BJJ journey. Thank you for having us!
I've been here about a month now and have yet to have an uncomfortable experience. Classes are well organized. Lots of live rounds. Gym has a very easy-to-navigate and welcoming culture with no shortage of very serious talent. This is the 4th BJJ gym I've joined since starting the sport and Montrose has been the easiest to settle into so far. Very impressed with this place.

We dropped in at this gym while traveling. Our kids did the kids class and my wife, son, and myself did the adults class. Owners Arthur and Jennifer are super friendly and welcoming - their members as well. We had a a great time, definitely recommend A+ and will definitely stop by next time we’re in the area.
