I visited this gym while staying with family in New Castle. The week long pass is a great deal. The gym has all the weight machines you could ask for as well as cardio machines. There are also several work out rooms with smaller exercise equipment, boxing equipment, and exercise balls.

Great gym!! An affordable gym in an area where gym memberships are unaffordable! Very clean, the owners are always there and are very nice, open 24/7, cameras in the gym which makes it feel safe even at hours where no one is there.
