This gym has great opportunities for all. He offers gym, boxing, MMA, vollyball,volleyball, powerlifting, Olympic lifting, football, baseball, softball, wrestling, kick boxing, nutrition counseling, personal training, private lessons and online schooling. The have a new location. I'm very interested in signing up for some weight lifting and personal training 💪 They have been around for over 10 years. Look up the Facebook page. They have a lot to offer! It is not overcrowded. Everything has its own space.

James is awesome with all ages and stages of development. He helped my daughter throughout some challenges adjusting to the altitude when she was recruited for Softball at #CSUPUEBLO His new facility is incredible. I can't wait to see what new programs develop with the expansion.

Excellent place for kids to go work out. The boxing lessons for 7 yr Olds and up have been awesome for our grandson. Highly recommend!

Coaches are helpful and knowledgeable. Been coming here for over two years for strength and martial arts training and am in the best physical shape I have been in my entire life. I am type 1 diabetic and thanks in part to my training here my glucose is nearly at non-diabetic levels.

Great people, with a great gym and great workouts. Workouts are individual for your goals and I have already made gains with just 3 weeks work put in.
