Great gym! Great environment for all ages. Also great monthly pricing as well!!! Kids boxing is Wednesday to Friday from 6:30 to 7:30.

Family Flex has done great things for my son! He is losing weight but more so learning how to control his emotions a lot better too. Billy does personal training a few times a week and gets my son to work. My son also does jujitsu up to 5 times a week in the afternoon. It is a great environment for my son to get fit, socialize, and work on himself as a person. It is hard to find a safe space for kids now a days. I’m so glad I took my son here!!

Highly recommend Flex Family Fitness! The classes are fun, and the instructors are very motivating, and engaging. My 6 year old daughter instantly became more confident after a couple of classes! Billy is incredible, and made it possible for our whole family to join. Can't recommend enough! Thank you Flex Family Fitness! We're truly grateful for all you've done for us ♥️

Billy is an amazing person. He takes time for anything you need. He has accommodated our family in more ways then one. He took the challenge that our family threw at him and has flown to wonderful Heights, he wasn't afraid to tell us he was scared to take our family on.

This is an amazing gym with and even more amazing owner who truly wants to make a difference for kids. The instructor for Brazilian Jujitsu is great with kids. This place would be great for your kids to learn self defense, self confidence, and its great exercise. Not a child not a problem come get your work out in or start training in Kickboxing or Jujitsu. Don't know how to work out also not a problem they have an amazing traininer. Dont wait anymore to get your goals accomplished. Let Flex family fitness help you be the best you possible.
