Everything about Rude Dog in Brooklyn CT has been nothing but positive!!! The coaches are top tier…. My 9 year old son has found a second family here and it is shaping him in the right direction-physically and emotionally. Limiting us to 5??? 100⭐️!!!!

I can't say enough good things about Rude Dog Boxing, a great place for all ages and skill levels to learn from experienced professional boxers. It has made me stronger physically and mentally and has changed the trajectory of my life. My kids also look forward to the Camp Hero kids program twice a week! The coaches do a great job balancing fun and discipline while teaching the art of boxing, as well as leadership skills while making sure every kid involved is seen and heard.

For any young man in the northeast corner of Connecticut, it’s important for you to learn how to fight and defend yourself. For those looking to get in shape, boxing training in my experience, is the most effective and efficient way to get in shape. Looking back, I have accomplished many milestones and improved my skills and performance dramatically under the Rude Dog System. Joining this gym had been the greatest investment that I’ve made on myself, and its paid off with an even greater return.

Hands down this is the best boxing gym in Connecticut. From the very first day that I walked through the doors everyone here has been nothing but welcoming. Everyday helping me learn something I've never tried ever before and making me feel confident that I can be a successful boxer. The classes are challenging and Never Ever Boring .The Best part is you can come on your schedule and work out every single day and do the group classes. The community of people that work out here are some of the most incredible people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting let alone working out next to. I highly recommend Rude Dog boxing for both Adults and children.
