Everything about Rude Dog in Brooklyn CT has been nothing but positive!!! The coaches are top tier…. My 9 year old son has found a second family here and it is shaping him in the right direction-physically and emotionally. Limiting us to 5??? 100⭐️!!!!

Been coming here for 3 months and hands down the best boxing gym in New England, coach dylan has taught me so much and the people here are so friendly and will always support you and show you how to improve !

I can't say enough good things about Rude Dog Boxing, a great place for all ages and skill levels to learn from experienced professional boxers. It has made me stronger physically and mentally and has changed the trajectory of my life. My kids also look forward to the Camp Hero kids program twice a week! The coaches do a great job balancing fun and discipline while teaching the art of boxing, as well as leadership skills while making sure every kid involved is seen and heard.
