I’ve been going to other gyms for years and I never reached the level of fitness where I am now-thanks to the Fit Body trainers! I reached my goals much sooner here, and the workouts are so much fun with energetic music and engaging trainers. It’s beyond a gym and more like a fitness community of people motivating each other to be the best version of yourself.

Bad Mikey's is a wonderful gym that offers challenging and exciting classes, great for any level of expertise. Darren and the coaches are professionals who really know and love what they do. Going to just one class was more than enough to get me to sign up with Bad Mikey's and I saw results much quicker than I thought I would.

Challenging classes that are adjustable for each person’s individual fitness level. Personal attention given and nice small classes I’m a long time member and find the staff engaging and members friendly. Highly recommend

I workout here about 3 to 4 times a week, it is very family like setting once u get to know the staff, I love the place and they are very friendly and helpful. I have also lot a ton of weight working out here, met some very nice people and learned alot

Bad Mikey's is hands down the best place to go for a great workout! I take both fitness and boxing classes, and I love it!! I'm so glad to have found this place to help me reach my fitness goals. Highly recommend!
