This was my very first time trying this sport, and I absolutely fell in love with it thanks to the incredible coaches—Marcus, Steven, Antonio, and Drago. They made the entire experience welcoming, fun, and approachable, especially for someone with no prior experience. Their patience and knowledge truly create the best environment for beginners. Cruvinel Brothers Training Center is a place where anyone can benefit—kids, moms, dads, complete beginners, and experienced athletes. I highly recommend this academy for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and much more. On top of that, they have a fantastic cafeteria with delicious and healthy options available throughout the day. Their schedule is flexible, and the facilities are clean, well-organized, and create an excellent atmosphere for training.
My son really enjoys his Jiu-Jitsu classes! The instructors are patient, knowledgeable, and great with kids. In just one month, we’ve noticed a big boost in his confidence and focus. Highly recommend!
We attend and homeschooling class here Tuesdays and Fridays and it has been life changing for my boys. Their focus, confidence, discipline and overall physical health has improved since they started. These coaches know how to work with kids and instill life long skills in them. Would recommend to anyone I know.
Cruvinel Brothers Training Center in Monroe is such a fun spot for birthday parties and more! We love visiting each time, and the staff is wonderful. Looking forward to the next one!
We love it here. We've been members at the Monroe location since they opened (1+ year) and my 9 year old still loves coming. The instructors are patient but firm and work on keeping the kids focused - but also make it really fun. There is a lot of hands on attention in teaching them the skills needed to do well. You don't have to commit to a specific day/time for training, so the flexibility in coming on the days/times that work best for us is crucial as we work around conflicting schedules.
