I have been coming to this Rumble location since it first opened. As a postpartum mother I was really nervous and scared. I haven't taken a boxing class in probably 10+ years. But this has been such an amazing experience! The classes are intense but also have a club sort of vibe. The low lights make it easier to focus on the workout and less how you look while working out. I look forward to my classes with Dashaun every week! He brings great vibes to the class and the playlist is always chef's kiss.

This boxing studio great, brand new. Eric is the manager and one of the most hardworking people I've met. You will see him at the studio at 5 am until 8pm every day. I prefer Dashaun's classes because he plays great music, but all of the instructors are beast! You'll get a full body workout and will leave the studio feeling accomplished every time. Exactly what Stamford needed.

Rumble Boxing is an amazing place with great energy, great coaches, and a real sense of community. Every workout pushes you to be better not just physically, but mentally too. The staff truly care about helping people improve, gain confidence, and succeed at their own pace. It’s impossible to make everyone happy all the time, but it’s clear that Rumble’s goal is to create a positive, motivating environment where people feel supported and challenged. If you show up willing to work, you’ll get stronger, healthier, and more disciplined here. Highly recommend for anyone who wants real results and a place that genuinely wants to see you grow. 🥊🔥
