EQBC is the perfect addition to the area… clean, up to date, spacious, and the kickboxing class is absolutely amazing!! Every single staff member is knowledgeable, welcoming, and passionate about boxing. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, this is the spot for you. I can’t recommend it enough!!! 10/10
EQBC is an outstanding boxing gym for all ages! Whether you're just starting out, getting back into fitness, or looking to take your training to the next level, this is the place to be. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you can tell right away that the trainers are truly great at what they do. They are knowledgeable, supportive, and dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. No matter your fitness level, you’ll feel encouraged, motivated, and part of a positive community here. I highly recommend EQBC to anyone looking to get into boxing or simply improve their fitness!
Great spot for all levels of boxing and fitness with every different bag you could think of. Now ran by veteran trainer Coach Al of EQBC who’s trained me for many years. Definitely worth checking out if you’ve been thinking about trying out a new gym or getting started with boxing .
As a true supporter and active fighter in the sport of boxing i can safely say that this place checks every box when it comes to a top notch gym. The gym itself is super clean with plenty of space to do any type of workouts you need along with really nice and up to date equipment and from what I understand that there is more to come. The staff is nonetheless but amazing! The coaches are no less than outstanding on focusing on all levels of boxing whether your stepping in to a boxing facility for the first time or a seasoned fighter looking for a home this place is definitely the one. This place is exactly what long Island needed, a fitness oriented place that now offers real boxing from coaches with a demonstrated history in the sport. So happy to be a member here!!! Highly reccomended!!!!!
A great place to learn how to REALLY boxing with great coaches, and a clean, spacious area with excellent up to date equipment and a big parking area, the merchandise being displayed is also a nice plus. I'm happy to be a member.
